BAOLOD City – Police nabbed a 33-year-old man in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Su-ay, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Stephen Deslate was caught around 10:20 p.m. on Jan. 9, a police report showed.
He allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to a police asset, the report added.
Confiscated from his possession were five sachets of the prohibited substance valued at around P2,700 and P500 marked money.
The suspect was detained in the Himamaylan City police station custodial facility. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
