ILOILO City – A female call center agent and a suspected accomplice were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Boulevard, Molo district.
Jerrevel Gregorio, 29, was a resident of Barangay North Baluarte, Molo while Gio Montelibano, 26, was from Barangay Tabucan, Mandurriao district, a police report showed.
Prior to their arrest on Sunday, Gregorio and Montelibano allegedly sold a sachet of suspected shabu to a police asset.
When frisked, the suspects yielded five more sachets of the prohibited substance.
They were detained in the lockup cell of the Molo police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
