BACOLOD City – Two men were caught in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay 1, Victorias City, Negros Occidental – 23-year-old Joefrey Herrera and 55-year-old Teodulfo Armada.
They initially sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P300, a police report showed.
Nine more sachets of the prohibited substance valued at around P6,800 were confiscated during their arrest around 3:35 p.m. on Feb. 9.
Herrera and Armada were detained in the lockup cell of the Victorias City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
