ILOILO City – A lad was found dead hanging from a tree in Barangay Banban Pequeño, Calinog, Iloilo.
The 17-year-old minor was believed to have committed suicide, a police report showed.
His lifeless body was discovered by his father around 4:30 a.m. on Feb. 14, it added.
Officers of the Calinog municipal police station ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
