ILOILO City – Police arrested a man in Barangay Magdalo, Banate, Iloilo.
The 69-year-old Ricardo Palabrica faces charges for reckless imprudence resulting to serious physical injuries, police said.
Palabrica – resident of the town’s Barangay Merced – was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8 a.m. on Feb. 22.
Palabrica was detained in the custodial facility of the Banate police station.
A P30,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
