ILOILO City – Four persons were arrested for illegal street racing in Barangay Pagdugue, Dumangas, Iloilo.
They were Jerico Berja, 18; Jeric Berja, 25; Harry Peraez, 21; and Zaldy Berja, 27.
According to police investigation, the younger Berja and Peraez were caught racing onboard their motorcycles around 4 p.m. on Feb. 25 while the other two stood as facilitators.
A P41,000 bet money was recovered from the suspects’ possession.
They were detained in the custodial facility of the Dumangas police station, facing charges./PN
