BACOLOD City – A murder suspect was arrested in Barangay Bago, Don Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental.
The 52-year-old Herman Sulpicio was a resident of the town’s Barangay Bagong Silang.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 12:30 p.m. on March 7.
Sulpicio was detained the custodial facility of the Don Salvador Benedicto police station./PN
