BACOLOD City – In Barangay Cansalongan, Isabela, Negros Occidental, a laborer was shot dead by an unidentified suspect.
The 65-year-old resident Reynaldo Molines sustained a gunshot wound to the body, police said.
The incident happened around 4:30 a.m. on March 8.
According to the police, Molines was on his way home when attacked.
He was rushed to the Isabela District Hospital but declared “dead on arrival.”
Policemen of Isabela recovered a spent bullet of a .45-caliber pistol from the crime scene.
They have yet to identify the suspect and the motive in the killing./PN
