ILOILO City – Facing rape charges, a man was arrested in Barangay Rizal Estanzuela.
Resident Winston Abapo was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 7 p.m. on March 10, police said.
He was detained in the lockup facility of Police Station 1.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
