ROXAS City – A 19-year-old lass was struck by a lightning in the coastal sitio of Palje, Barangay Talon here.
Saira Lumbao was a resident of Barangay Lawaan.
She attended a birthday party in Barangay Lawaan and later decided to take a dip in the sea.
Friends said there was lighting and thunder all of a sudden, then they just found Lumbao unconscious. They brought her to a hospital.
Lumbao died while being treated./PN
