ACTRESS-host Anne Curtis hit 14 million followers on micro-blogging site Twitter, becoming the first Filipino to reach the milestone.
The “It’s Showtime” host shared the good news to all her fans and followers.
Reposting a screenshot of her Twitter profile, with her follower number indicating 14M, Anne said: “Thank you, my tweethearts!”
Anne has consistently been ranking as the most followed personality in the Philippines on Twitter, followed by Vice Ganda, Angel Locsin, Kathryn Bernardo, and Daniel Padilla.
On Instagram, the Kapamilya actress is likewise the most-followed Filipino celebrity on the platform with more than 16 million followers.
Just last year, Anne was named among the Top 100 Digital Stars in Asia by Forbes magazine.
The list features “100 singers, bands, film, and TV stars with a strong social media presence” in the Asia-Pacific region and who “have maintained their relevance” amid the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic and utilized their influence to help.(Push)
