ILOILO City – In Barangay Barosbos, Carles, Iloilo a woman accused of domestic abuse was apprehended.
Police served to 24-year-old May Ann Lachica an arrest warrant on April 6 around 10:30 a.m. for violation of Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act of 2002.
Lachica was taken to the Carles police station.
For her temporary liberty, the court set the bail bond at P72,000./PN
