BACOLOD City – A man was hacked in Barangay Napoles, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Andy Huerva, 37, was sent to a private hospital.
The Bago City Police identified the suspect as Herminio Decendario who fled after the hacking around 6 p.m. on April 6.
The victim threw a stone at the suspect, initial police investigation showed./PN
