ILOILO City – A motorist faces charges after hitting a pedestrian in Cabatuan, Iloilo, on Saturday, April 10.
Kelvin Magase, 26, driving his motorcycle through Barangay Bacan, hit the street-crossing Alma Arsenia, 52, around 9:25 p.m.
Arsenia was rushed to the Ramon Tabiana Memorial District Hospital but died shortly after.
The Cabatuan police station filed a complaint against Magase for “reckless imprudence resulting to homicide.”/PN
