BACOLOD City – A 51-year-old man was found dead in Purok Katilingban, Barangay Alijis on Saturday.
According to the police, a security camera footage in the area captured how the man died – he committed suicide around 1:15 p.m. by shooting himself on the head.
The police declined to identify the man but said he was a temporary resident of the barangay and was originally from Roxas City, Capiz.
The man was worked as a caretaker for a water station in the barangay, and was reported to have suffered from depression.
