BACOLOD City – Facing frustrated homicide charges, a man was arrested in Barangay Patag, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Joey Pomares was a resident of the city’s Barangay Mambulac.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 5 p.m. on April 11, a police report showed.
Judge Leonardo Facultad Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 69 ordered Pomares’ arrest.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Silay City police station.
Facultad recommended a P72,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
