BACOLOD City – Police arrested the No. 9 most wanted person in La Castellana, Negros Occidental.
Marlon Cabayaran, 46, was charged with qualified rape, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 5 a.m. on April 17 in the town’s Barangay Robles.
Judge Cyclamen Jison-Fernandez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 63 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental ordered Cabayaran’s arrest.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the La Castellana police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
