BACOLOD City – No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of a man arrested in Sitio Sibatu in Barangay Guimbalaon, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
The 31-year-old resident Elmer Magbanua was charged with murder, a police report showed.
Magbanua – the city’s No. 6 most wanted person – was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6:30 a.m. on April 17, police said.
Judge Ana Celeste Bernad of the Regional Trial Court Branch 69 in Silay City ordered Magbanua’s arrest.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Silay City police station./PN
