BACOLOD City – A 24-year-old woman was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 1 for allegedly stealing grocery items at a mall in the Reclamation Area, Barangay 12.
Security guard Heracleo Pansoy Jr. turned over to the police suspect Jillian May Obstaculo of Barangay Bata here around 3:24 p.m. on April 25.
The suspect was caught putting grocery items worth P1,412.50 inside two black bags without paying the cashier./PN
