BACOLOD City – Facing arson charges, a man was arrested in his residence in Barangay Cabug.
The 40-year-old Cresinciano Villaflor – a wanted person in Isabela, Negros Occidental – was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6:30 a.m. on May 21, police said.
The suspect was brought to the Isabela police station.
A P24,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
