ILOILO City – Two barkers were arrested along Diversion Road in Mandurriao district.
Jevin Casabuena, 51, and Arturo Jalaud, 59, were both residents of Barangay Cabanbanan, Oton, Iloilo.
They were caught calling commuters to board a public utility vehicle around 9:20 p.m. on May 24, police said.
The suspects were brought to the Mandurriao police station.
