BACOLOD City – The No. 6 most wanted person in Silay City, Negros Occidental was arrested in Barangay Villamonte here.
Bryan Diaz, 39, was charged with rape and two counts of sexual assault, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3 p.m. on May 25.
The suspect – resident of Silay City’s Barangay Mambulac – was detained at Police Station 4.
The court set a P240,000 bail bond (for two counts of sexual assault) for his temporary liberty.
For his rape charge, meanwhile, the court recommended no bail./PN
