TAPAZ, Capiz – Among the 117 municipalities in Western Visayas, Tapaz was No. 3 in economic enterprise collection efficiency, according to the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF).
A certificate of commendation was issued to Tapaz’s Municipal Treasury Office.
It had a collection efficiency rating of 153.31 percent.
In a statement, the local government of Tapaz attributed this feat to “the very capable collection management and dedication of Municipal Treasurer Rosie Corros and Local Economic Enterprise headed by Jade Lopez and Nory Joy Suarez.”/PN
