ILOILO City – The No. 1 most wanted man in Zarraga, Iloilo was arrested in his house in the town’s Barangay Talibong.
Charged with rape, 57-year-old Miguel Enesa was caught around 3 p.m. on July 13, police said.
The court has denied bail for the temporary liberty of the suspect who was detained at the Zarraga police station./PN
