BACOLOD City – A man was found dead at a cliff in Barangay Rizal, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
According to the police, the body was already in a state of decomposition when discovered by residents around 7:25 p.m. on July 13.
No one has identified the victim yet.
Police said the body would be subject to a post mortem examination./PN
