ILOILO City – A 65-year-old man was found dead on a bench of a convenience store on JM Basa-Ortiz streets yesterday.
The unresponsive Jose Valdez of Barangay Concepcion here caught the attention of store employees around 8 a.m.
Police launched an investigation although they noted that the cadaver had no injury to suggest foul play.
Valdez usually frequented the area, according to store employees./PN
