BACOLOD City – A man was found dead floating at a beach in Sitio Buol, Barangay Cartagena, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
He was identified as 55-year-old Romeo Morales of Marilao, Bulacan.
The body was discovered around 6:50 a.m. on July 26.
According the police, the victim was missing since July 15.
Authorities believed that the victim drowned./PN
