BACOLOD City – A man faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
According to the police, suspected dried marijuana leaves were recovered from 25-year-old Mike Kasem in an incidental lawful arrest during the implementation of curfew in Barangay Zone 1, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
The suspect was taken to the Cadiz City police station around 9:50 p.m. on Aug. 1./PN
