BACOLOD City – A drug suspect was found dead on Palanca Street, Reclamation Area in Barangay 2 here.
Ralph Suspeñes, 24, of Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental had gunshot wounds, said Police Captain Paul Vincent Pendon, station commander of Police Station 2.
A cyclist found Suspeñes’ body around 5:30 a.m. on Aug. 6.
Responding policemen recovered from the area two empty cartridges and live ammunition of a .45 pistol.
According to the Silay City police station, Suspeñes was arrested in 2018 for illegal drug charges but was released in 2020 through a plea bargaining agreement./PN
