BACOLOD City – A man was arrested at the public market of Isabela, Negros Occidental.
Twenty-year-old Reynald Lagdamin was charged with rape, a police report showed.
The suspect, a resident of Barangay Mansilingan in this city, was caught around 2:40 p.m. on Aug. 7.
Judge Phoebe Gargantiel-Balbin of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 41 (Bacolod City) ordered Lagdamin’s arrest on Sept. 21, 2018.
The suspect was detained at the police station. A P200,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
