BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a man was arrested in Hacienda Maasin, Barangay Blumentritt, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
Fifty-six-year-old June Lumogdang was a resident of the town.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 18.
Judge Phoebe Gargantiel-Balbin of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 41 ordered the suspect’s arrest.
No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of the suspect who was detained at the Murcia police station./PN
