ILOILO City – A wanted person in this city was arrested in Malanday, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.
Arnel Blancaflor, 27, a resident of Barangay North Fundidor, Molo district, was charged with rape, a police report showed.
He was caught around 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 12 by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Ma. Elena Opinion of the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Branch 27 here.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty.
A tipster coordinated with the police after the suspect’s whereabouts was determined.
Police said Blancaflor was the No. 8 wanted man in Molo.
He was temporarily detained at the Southern Police District in Manila./PN
