BACOLOD City – After nine years of hiding, a man charged with frustrated homicide was arrested in Barangay Zone 2, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Thirty-two-year-old Niel Ted Hulleza was caught around 5:15 p.m. on Sept. 14.
Judge Renato Muñez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 ordered the suspect’s arrest.
A P24,000 bail bond was recommended for Hulleza’s temporary liberty.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Cadiz City police station./PN
