BACOLOD City – The No. 4 most wanted person in Victorias City, Negros Occidental was arrested on Sept. 14.
Mike John Balladares, 35, was a resident of the city’s Barangay 20.
He was charged with three counts of rape in relation to Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, a police report showed.
From his house, Balladares was taken to the Victorias City police station around 11:45 a.m.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
