BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, an 18-year-old man was arrested in Barangay Linao, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The court denied bail for the temporary liberty of Rogelio Hilapon Jr., a resident of Barangay Dancalan, Ilog, Negros Occidental.
He was arrested around 10:40 a.m. on Sept. 22 and taken to the Ilog police station./PN
