BACOLOD City – Residents complained a man for alarm and scandal in Barangay Punta Mesa, Manapla, Negros Occidental.
When frisked, several live ammunitions and bladed weapons were recovered from 36-year-old Ryan Dela Cruz, a police report showed.
He was taken to the municipal police station around 9:05 p.m. on Sept. 25./PN
