ILOILO City – A 34-year-old man was arrested yesterday in Barangay Benedicto, Jaro district.
Pablo Paguntalan, a resident of the village, was charged with rape, a police report showed.
He was caught around 6:40 a.m.
The court denied bail for his temporary liberty.
Paguntalan was detained at the Jaro police station./PN
