BACOLOD City – The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) director vowed to solve the series of murder cases here.
Police Colonel Thomas Joseph Martir said aside from illegal drugs, putting light on the killings is among his main thrusts.
He would convene his police chiefs, intelligence personnel and investigators soon.
“We have no witnesses and evidence yet. Pero kayahon naton ini. Indi kami mag-untat asta indi ma-solve ang cases. We will give justice to the victims,” Martir told Panay News.
Martir is calling for Bacolodnons’ cooperation.
“If they have knowledge of the cases, they can go to the police station,” said Martir.
Last month, five persons were killed in a series of assassinations, including a police officer and a minor./PN
