PATNONGON, Antique – A 22-year-old college graduating student died in a motorcycle accident in Barangay Igbobon.
Marvin Panaligan was a resident of Barangay Carit-an. The motorcycle he was driving hit a concrete electric post in the middle of the national highway.
Panaligan was brought to the Angel Salazar Memorial Hospital (ASMGH) in San Jose town but expired at 6 a.m. yesterday.
Motorists and residents have been complaining to the authorities regarding hazardous electrical posts yet to be removed from the middle of widened national roads./PN
