BACOLOD City – The court denied bail for the temporary release of a 21-one-year-old man charged with rape in Barangay Tinampaan, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Junje Francisco was arrested around 3:45 p.m. on Oct. 13.
Judge Gwendolyn Jimenea of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 ordered the suspect’s arrest.
He was detained at the Cadiz City police station./PN
