BACOLOD City – A man was arrested for hacking a neighbor in Sitio Quinalomsan, Barangay Poblacion, Toboso, Negros Occidental.
Segundo Capacion, 48, was a resident of the village.
According to the police, Capacion attacked 30-year-old Freddie Revillosa around 8 p.m. on Oct. 17.
Revillosa was brought to the Toboso Rural Health Unit.
The suspect, meanwhile, was detained in the municipal police station./PN
