ILOILO City – The No. 8 wanted man in Leon, Iloilo was arrested in the Jaro district plaza on Monday.
Julius Cantor, 24, of Barangay Ticuan, Leon was charged with rape, a police report showed.
Joint elements of the Iloilo City Police Office and the Leon police station served his arrest warrant around 11:15 a.m.
Cantor was taken to the municipal police station. No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
