BACOLOD City – Seven persons face illegal gambling charges. They were caught engaging in pauwak on Sunday noon in Barangay Punta Taytay.
Recovered from the suspects were three Jolo roosters and P1,200 bet money.
Police conducted an operation against all forms of illegal gambling and arrested Jerwin Floreno, Christian Mantos, Walter Potestad, Gosbel Shan, Kenneth Claridad, Justin Altares, and Jonathan Colango, all residents of this city.
They were taken to Police Station 9./PN
