ILOILO City – A suspected thief was arrested yesterday in Barangay Banguit, Cabatuan, Iloilo.
Twenty-two-year-old Mark Rafael Emblar of the town’s Barangay Tiring was accused of stealing six chickens owned by Emily Parra.
Police caught the suspect around 1:30 a.m.
He was detained at the Cabatuan police station, facing charges./PN
