ILOILO City – Anti-drug operatives of Police Station 1 arrested a suspect on Wednesday in Barangay Tanza Esperanza.
Four sachets of suspected shabu worth P4,500 were recovered from Reggie Pabros, 37, of Barangay Boulevard, Molo district around 7:04 p.m., a police report showed.
The suspect reportedly tried to escape.
According to the police, Pabros was under surveillance for more than a week.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, would be filed against him./PN
