ILOILO City – Two brothers are being hunted by policemen of Dingle, Iloilo. They reportedly stabbed dead their uncle, a chief watchman (tanod) in Barangay Dawis on Wednesday.
Fifty-two-year-old Joene Bernasol died of multiple stab wounds at the Iloilo Provincial Hospital.
Tagged suspects were Jun-Jun and Mark Bernasol, both residents of the village.
According to the police, the suspects were having a drinking binge with friends around 10:19 p.m. when Bernasol told them to tone their voices down.
The suspects got irked and carried out the attack.
The victim reportedly had a brawl with Jun-Jun in the past months./PN
