BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Burgos, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental was detained at the Cadiz City police station. He allegedly stole several items from a hardware store in the city’s Barangay Zone 4.
Police said the suspect, 21-year-old John Rey Baroa, was caught by a sales promoter taking away the items around 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 28.
Recovered from the suspect were a piece of USB hair clipper, a torch light, a soldering lead, and an auto halogen light with a total worth of P1,028, police added.
Proper charges would be filed against him./PN
