ILOILO City – Facing a string of charges, a seafarer was arrested yesterday in Barangay Alegre, Oton, Iloilo.
Joebel Bustamante, 48, of Barangay Botong was charged with falsification of public documents, concubinage and adultery, a police report showed.
He was taken to the Oton police station around 9 a.m.
A P36,000 bail bond was recommended for his falsification of public documents case while P60,000 for concubinage and adultery, the report added./PN
