CAPIZ – The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)-Capiz was cited as the region’s best performing provincial team during Pagdayaw 2021 Awards of DILG-Western Visayas.
Pagdayaw is DILG’s yearly recognition of local government units in Region 6 that exhibit excellence in different facets of local governance, and also of DILG’s various offices and employees.
The recognition for DILG offices and personnel is called PRAISE-PISAN Award.
“Ginakabig bilang dako nga kadungganan sang probinsya ang nabaton nga pagkilala…(n)agapamatuod (ini) sang epektibo kag episyente nga pagdumalahan sa DILG-Capiz sa pagpanguna ni Provincial Director John Ace Azarcon,” the Capiz provincial government posted in its Facebook page.
Capiz governor Estevan Evan Contreras expressed his gratitude to all the personnel of DILG-Capiz for its engagement and cooperation with the provincial and municipal governments.
Also recognized were DILG personnel Resali P. Juson (first runner-up, first level position, Best Performing Administrative Personnel); Therese Mar P. Auman (first runner-up, LGOO III, for Best Performing LGOO III); Marecor M. Diaz (LGOO V, for Best Forming LGOO V); and Roxas City (Sustainability Award)./PN
