BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu worth P204,000 was seized in a drug sting operation in Barangay San Juan, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
Police arrested 18-year-old Abigail Arellano, a resident of Barangay Cambaog, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental, for allegedly transacting the prohibited substance to a poseur buyer.
The suspect was taken to the Pontevedra police station around 12:45 p.m. on Dec. 4.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 would be filed against her./PN
